Wildlife Encounters

While dinosaurs may no longer roam the earth, many of today’s creatures share fascinating connections to prehistoric times. From reptiles whose ancestors walked alongside dinosaurs to birds that are living reminders of the age of giants, their live animal ambassadors help kids bridge the past with the present. This engaging, interactive program combines fun animal encounters with inspiring stories that encourage children to keep reading, learning, and imagining. Kids will meet amazing animals up close, discover the surprising ways they’re linked to prehistoric life, and be inspired to explore books about dinosaurs, fossils, and wildlife. This free program will be held in the Community Room on the 3rd floor. All ages are welcome to attend.
